Terms of sale

Last updated: 18 September 2026.

1. Who sells to you

Kitchen Saints is operated by Trust in food snc di Emanuele e Stefano Nozza, Corso Milano 51, 20813 Bovisio Masciago (MB), Italy. VAT: IT09574370962. Contact: ciao@kitchensaints.it; +39 351 857 9679.

These terms cover consumer purchases from kitchensaints.it. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform; your sales contract is with us. Printful may produce and fulfil items on our behalf. We remain your contact for order support and statutory consumer rights.

2. Products and orders

Check the selected style, colour, size and delivery details before ordering. Product descriptions specify materials, fit and decoration. Some campaign images are digitally generated illustrations or mockups. Screen settings may affect colour appearance; this does not limit your right to receive goods matching their description.

Products are made to order. An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation. An automated receipt of your order alone acknowledges receipt. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

3. Prices and payment

The checkout shows your selected currency, items, applicable taxes, delivery charges and total before payment. Consumer prices include applicable VAT where required. Available payment methods appear at checkout. You must be authorised to use the chosen method. Later price changes do not change an accepted order.

Only destinations supported by the checkout can be ordered. Any import charges not collected by us must be disclosed before purchase where applicable; contact us if the treatment for your destination is unclear.

4. Production and delivery

Production and transit are separate stages. See our Shipping policy for delivery information. Orders may arrive in separate parcels.

For EU consumer orders, unless another delivery period is agreed, delivery is due within 30 days. If delivery is late, your statutory remedies remain available. When we arrange the carrier, we bear the risk of loss or damage until you or your nominated recipient physically receives the goods.

5. Cancellations, returns and faults

You can request cancellation or a return through your customer account or contact us. We will check whether a production-stage cancellation can still be implemented; this does not remove applicable withdrawal rights.

For standard catalogue goods, our return policy allows notice of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Printing after the order does not alone make an item personalised. See the Returns and refunds policy for the procedure, return costs and refund timing.

Statutory guarantees apply, including the EU minimum two-year legal guarantee. Contact us if an item is faulty or not as described. Our arrangements with a production partner do not replace your rights against us.

6. Privacy and site use

Our Privacy policy explains the handling of personal data. Use the site lawfully, provide accurate order information and do not misuse accounts, payment systems or site content. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Applicable law and complaints

Contact us first so we can investigate a complaint. Italian law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights available under the law of their country of habitual residence. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms for future orders. The version applying when you order governs that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
