Returns and refunds

You can tell us you wish to return a catalogue product within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. For one order delivered in separate parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last item. This also covers sale items and standard catalogue sizes. Printing after you order does not, by itself, make a product personalised.

How to return

Email ciao@kitchensaints.it with your order number and the items you wish to return. Any clear statement of withdrawal is sufficient. We will send return instructions; please do not automatically use the sender address on the parcel.

Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the direct return postage unless the item is faulty or we made an error. You may inspect and try on the item as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a deduction for diminished value; missing original packaging alone does not remove your statutory withdrawal right.

Refunds

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed without cost to you. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of return shipment, whichever comes first. For a full-order withdrawal, standard outbound delivery is refunded; any extra cost for an upgraded delivery option is not.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description; photos help us assess the issue. Statutory rights remain available, including the EU minimum two-year legal guarantee. We handle valid defect claims without cost to you, with repair or replacement and, where legally applicable, a price reduction or refund. Contact us before sending anything back.

Size changes

We do not offer direct size exchanges. Return the item under this policy and place a new order for your preferred size.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protections in your country.

You can also submit your withdrawal through your customer account or send a clear notice to the postal address above. You do not need prior approval to exercise a statutory withdrawal right. Please include your order reference in the parcel so we can identify it.
